I knew this day would come when our desperate effort to beat Barak Obama would come back to haunt us. In Texas and across the country, many Republicans opened the tent a little wider and let in the Libertarians. Countless Republicans welcomed them with open arms, but I was leery for good reason. They came in under the Tea Party banner, many disgruntled Republicans and others just fed up with government spending and out of control debt. Riding the wave of Libertarian-leaning Conservatives, Ted Cruz, from the Tea Party movement, effectively positioned himself for a US Senate run and won with Republican voter support. Back then, we had "Unity Rallies," where the Tea Party worked for Republicans to Unite behind their candidate. And like good Republicans, we did. Bexar County Shuts Down Republicans

If I didn't see it on video , I wouldn't believe it. Today on Facebook, I watched my friend Weston Martinez stand strong against the Liberal, Socialist-minded politicians in the Bexar County government. For nearly 20 minutes, left-leaning groups, speakers talking about social justice, cultural experiences and internationalism, rallied to unify against the upcoming Republican Party of Texas State Convention in June. One speaker, Maria Antonietta, talked about 1968, the death of Martin Luther King, John F Kennedy, the Liberation movement of Latinos, and the Democratic Convention in Chicago. She spoke of how President Trump has offended and insulted countries, communities, the press, and individuals, and compared it to 1968. She felt President Trump does not have our American values, and insinuated riots would occur at the upcoming Republican convention in San Antonio. Why American Hispanics should vote Republican

We know 70% of American Hispanics aka Latinos, voted for Democrat, Barak Obama, but why? I've come to the conclusion that the reason has nothing to do with core values , but instead, has to do with how they feel. More like, how they perceive they are being treated. Realizing the mainstream media's new job is to advance propaganda in unison with the Democrat Party, it's easy to see why the narrative of Republicans = Bad, Democrats = Good has stuck in the minds of Hispanics. In short, I don't blame them for voting as they have. They're mainly just following the news they see, which pounds into their brains the notion that Republicans hate Mexicans, immigrants, and anyone who is not White. But I do blame these same Hispanics for not seeking the truth. When you're only following, and not interested in truth, we have a problem. Congressman Will Hurd's Voting Record Could Make him Vulnerable in Primary

Rating from Heritage Action for America website When our elected officials don't vote the way they campaign, some continue to support such elected officials, but others, like Dr. Alma Arredondo Lynch , can't stand the idea of supporting someone who doesn't do what they say. Elected as a Conservative, Representative Will Hurd has accrued a less than stellar voting record. According to Heritage Action for America's website , Representative Hurd scores a 54% with regard to Conservative voting, 11 points below the House Republican Average. Some may say Heritage Action isn't the ultimate judge of conservatism. And for that reason, I have included a ranking from the Conservative Review's Liberty Scorecard, which doesn't help the Representative's scores.
