Underestimating Donald Trump

President Donald J. Trump
The pot is about to boil over, and I am concerned with what may spill over.  The Democrats, Antifa, Socialists and others of their ideology think they're strong, wearing their black costumes and hiding their faces.  But they will be the cause of their own downfall.

As it says in Proverbs, those who scheme and manipulate and do wrong, lay traps and snares, will be caught up in their own snares.  This gives me peace and understanding that all will be fine, as long as we remain a God-fearing country.

Underestimating Donald Trump.

I was a Marco Rubio supporter in the last election.  I felt Trump didn't have a strong understanding of the issues, and I doubted his ability to assemble a team to accomplish the tasks at hand.  I was wrong.

I wasn't a Trump "hater," though.  I just liked Rubio more.  Of course, when Rubio dropped out of the race, I fully supported Trump, unlike the Never Trumpers who would have preferred a Hillary Clinton Presidency over a Trump Presidency.

So as I reflect back, I come away with a few key thoughts.

First, President Trump is being attacked on all fronts, even from within.  From the powerful main stream media, inlcuding but not limited to CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and countless radio and print outlets, they all push anti-Trump rhetoric.  FOX News and Conservative Talk Radio are all Trump has on his side, and many of them are only somewhat committed.

Second, "Never Trumpers" are still out there, unable to save face, stuck in purgatory, between the Republicans and the Democrats, unaccepted in either Party.  This leads them to stick with their ideas even more and just wait out their time, or Trump's time.  They collaborate as long as it is to the detriment of President Trump.

Third, Democrats have completely gone off the reservation.  They have embraced real socialism, promoted socialist candidates, and have made their beds in the camp of socialism.  For some reason, they feel America's future is brighter under socialism, than capitalism.

I again, cannot rationalize how one would think Socialism is better for America than capitalism, but I have to remind myself that the majority of Americans get their news from the media outlets who push one agenda over another.

Lastly, We are slipping down the moral slide so quickly, we can't grasp hold of the sides and slow down the fall.  Instead, Democrats are seizing the moment, promising even more than ever before.  They know their new young voters are unable to comprehend facts, and in fact, won't seek the truth.

Like an entire brainwashed society, if you ask them if they prefer socialism, they would respond, Yes, it seems more fair than capitalism.  At least everyone will have a  roof over their heads and no one will be hungry.

I see young, healthy people on welfare, with no desire to find work.  I see them standing on street corners asking for handouts.  Offer them something for free, and they will jump on board.  I see how the Democrats are creating an environment of hopelessness, like in Chicago and Detroit.  Knowing what people will do in desperate situations, it's easy to see the design of the Democrats is to push down people's dreams and replace them with the security of the government.

Republicans offer more than handouts.  Republicans offer an escape.  We offer the ability for a man or woman to stand on their own two feet and fight for the future they want.  To work and earn a living.  To learn and increase earnings.  When we do for ourselves, we can do more for others.  When we provide for our families, we set good examples for our children.

Democrats, the problems we have in our country are not created by Donald Trump.  They aren't created by evil white men.  The problems we have, are the destruction of the common family, where children have both biological parents living in the same home.  Where both parents raise, educate and discipline their children.

Our government wants to keep men from doing their duty, and even punish women by removing their funding for trying to bring the dads back home.

Faith in God is gone in many places, replaced by vampires and family shows displaying gay men and women kissing and being affectionate with each other.

Nothing is wrong anymore.  Not even being here illegally apparently.  There was a time of law and order.  When the police were respected and our military was supported.  But today, children are taught to disrespect the law and reject law enforcement.

When Trump supporters say "Make America Great Again," we aren't secretly hoping to bring back slavery.  We aren't hoping to re-enact the Jim Crow laws originally enacted by Democrats.  We simply mean we want a to go back to when America's laws were adhered to.  When it meant something to be born in America.  When families stayed together and divorce wasn't rampant.  We want better days, and having a President in office who wants those same things, is a good thing.  Having a President who doesn't cave under pressure from the corrupt media and our corrupt agencies, is even better.
