I support President Trump's decision to deploy our National Guard

When I first heard about the mass mob illegal immigration coming from Mexico, I thought, "Who's behind this?"

Just like the sudden massive and immediate organization of high school kids marching on Washington to protest gun ownership, I wondered, "How is it possible for high school kids to get themselves to Washington, in the hundreds of thousands?"

Have you thought about it?

For starters, it costs money to travel, it requires hotel booking, flight arrangement, transportation logistics, sign making, audio and video production, news media, and of course, the message.

How does this all come together in a matter of days?

With regard to the illegal immigration coming to the U.S., I've heard some libertarians dismiss this as nothing to look at.  They try to minimize the significance of the event and even try to make it seem as if the U.S. is overreacting.

Already, our U.S. Border Patrol is understaffed and overworked.  Now, an organized effort is being applied to overwhelm our Border.

Are we to pretend this is OK?  Or, should we treat this as our President is, as an invasion?

For so many years, hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants have snuck in, some to advance themselves and support their family, but others come to prey on our citizens.  Not all illegals who enter are innocent children.  Many are hardened criminals, murderers, and rapists.

In Mexico and Central / South America, corruption is everywhere.  From the police to the gangs and politicians, everyone is shaken down in some form or fashion.  So in a way, I don't blame people for wanting to leave that environment.

But does that give them the right to force their way into our country?  Are we obligated to accept anyone who knocks on our border?  Or does the real issue lie within their own government?

I support President Trump's decision to deploy our National Guard to the border to defend us from those who wish to overpower us.  I imagine Hillary Clinton would have welcomed everyone with open arms, regardless of the criminal element among them.  Just one more reason I'm glad she didn't win.

Again I ask, "Who is behind this?"
